1. The Xreveal computer software, artwork, and other components included in this version of this product are the exclusive copyrighted property of the Xreveal team. You must not:
(a) sell, rent, lease or sublicense all or any portion of Xreveal;
(b) modify or prepare derivative works of Xreveal;
(c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble of Xreveal;
(d) publish product keys or product key generation algorithms.
2. You are granted one user license to use the free version of Xreveal for only legal non-commercial purposes on no more than 3 computers (include Virtual Machines). There is no trial period for the free version, but some features are limited to the Pro version. Before you decide to purchase a license you must know that we have a no refund policy.
3. If you have purchased a one-year Pro version license, you will be granted a one user license to use Xreveal on no more than 3 computers (include Virtual Machines) during one year after the first usage of a product key. You should use Xreveal for only legal purposes. The usage of Xreveal with a one-year license has a one year time limitation. It means Xreveal stops working as a Pro version after one year has past, and Xreveal will ask you for another license, unless the license is extended for another year by paying a one-year license fee again. The period of free updates is limited only by the expiration time of a one-year license. Thus, while Xreveal works with a one-year license, you can always update Xreveal freely.
4. If you have purchased a lifetime Pro version license, you will be granted a one user license to use Xreveal on no more than 3 computers (include Virtual Machines). You should use Xreveal for only legal purposes. The usage of Xreveal with a lifetime license has no time limitation.
5. Xreveal respects copyright, and does not condone or endorse video piracy in any way. Xreveal is made to allow users to experience their fair use right to the content that they purchased, for example, rip, and copy of their home made video (if they own the copyright) to blank discs or other media player devices.
In most counties, the copyright law will allow the original purchaser or user to make a backup/copy for personal use. But it also might be illegal to make a copy or backup to the purchased movie or disc without permission according to the different laws in different countries.
It should be taken into consideration while using our software in different countries. Since our product is sold world-wide, every user shall be responsible for complying with local laws in their usage of Xreveal, and ensure the fair use of Xreveal.
You should understand the above statements, and the disclaimer content, and ensure the fair usage of Xreveal. If you misuse or abuse Xreveal in any form, you shall hold full legal responsibility for the caused results, and the software provider (the Xreveal team) will not be held responsible for any actions that shall be taken against you for the misuse of Xreveal.
6. Xreveal may be distributed freely if the distribution package is not modified, and if you get a link to the software home page. You must not bundle Xreveal or it's contents in any other distribution packages, and take distribution fees without our agreement.
7. XREVEAL IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE XREVEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING XREVEAL.
8. Installing and using of Xreveal means that you accept the terms and conditions of this license. Any violation of the terms of this agreement shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license without compensation of any charges related with the use of Xreveal.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must stop the usage of Xreveal, and uninstall it.
